For over 31 years, Dr T Masdon PhD has worked with troubled families in the DFW area.  Dr Masdon is the founder and director of Enjoy Your Life Family Services, Inc. which specializes in a wide variety of issues encompassing the physical, emotional, relational, and psychological dimensions of human experience. She offers expertise in sleep issues, pre-marital and marital counseling, depression/grief, anxiety, child/adolescent behavior problems, chronic pain/illness, divorce/blended family issues and sex therapy. Dr Masdon’s mind-body approach reflects the many years she worked in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit as well as Pediatric ER. She has vast experience helping young children and adolescents and provides practical guidance and relief to parents with her unique approach.


HelloDr. Masdon holds both a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Family Therapy from Texas Woman’s University. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas. She is also a clinical member with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT). With an easy going style, Dr. Masdon creatively assists clients and their families to find solutions to their problems. The focus of therapy is to identify the strengths of you and your loved ones. Dr. Masdon is more interested in exploring the resilience and the qualities of tenacity evident in every client in order to bring about change. In her office, anything mentionable is manageable.


In conjunction with her passion of mind-body studies, Dr. Masdon pursued postdoctoral training and expertise in the field of Behavioral Sleep Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas. Sleep is a universal need and frequently when relationships are disrupted, then sleep is disrupted. In this overscheduled world we live in, Dr. Masdon helps her clients choose balance in life.

Dr. Masdon’s personal experience consists of raising six children, including two sets of twins. Presently she and her husband of thirty two years enjoy the empty nest phase of their lives.
